I'm so glad it's back! I attended the Phantom Regiment Drum Major Camp in 2006, where they allowed us to march in a basics block with the Regiment. We all got paired with a member of the corps so they could teach us how to march, and I got paired with Courtney! I'm so excited to be able to read this this summer. GO PHANTOM!

I was at the camp! We played one of the songs - I won't tell you what it is, but if someone else wants to tell you all then have at it. I will leave you in suspense... (it sounds AWESOME by the way)

There's a show on MTV called MADE where mtv basically hooks up a kid with an expert and "makes" them into their dream. (I want to be made into a chick magnet, I want to be made into a dancer, etc) Well anyways, a kid from my school sent in a request to be "made" into a Cavalier, and mtv actually wrote back and said they'd love to do it! He did turn it down, thankfully, because he realized how incredibly lame that would be. It would be an interesting watch though!

I'm Susie, and I've got enough saved for a ticket to Illinois to check out Phantom Regiment's camp (for the experience)! Other than that, the plan is to go out for the Crusaders, and maaaaaaaaaybe Spirit. On mellophone!!!

The camp was GREAT. I'll admit that I didn't really go for the conducting, more for the Phantom part :P but still I learned alot yeah that was a girl from the camp conducting, 2 really really lucky kids were chosen to conduct Canon, wish I was one but oh well! it was awesome how close we were able to interact with the corps - we got to march with them in block, eat with them, sit in the middle of their arc... worth every penny! :)

OK! I just reread all 8 pages of replies... and now I guess I'll respond to them. Yes, I recorded these videos at Drum major camp, and YES it was a digital camera not really meant for making movies, but it's all I had. Trust me, they sounded 17849328 times better in front of me! There IS a surprise twist in Ave Maria, as someone already said, I'll let you guys see that one... oh gosh what else.. its late now but I will say that it was an incredible experience being able to sit in the middle of their horn arc. We also got to see their first full runthrough of the show, and it looks like its going to be amazing by august. It's just... great. :) anyways, sorry I didn't get these here earlier, I was just about to put them on when I realized someone already had!!

this is probably a huge rumor, but I HEAR that half the corps is in white, the other in black. i was just told that!!

my humps has new world in it?? nooo way.... im going to have to listen again. I think I would die if a corps played my humps. It could work though, with that little trumpet deal in the beginning. Other than that, I'd love to see a techno show.

I'm really curious about the godfather show, but what I'm most looking forward to are the Cavaliers!
