    That was not always the case. Especially early on. We had a few shows where stuff (Lamp posts, trees ) would be set up incorrectly and almost take us out or jack up forms.lol. I had quite a few blind moves that took me right by that stuff. Its fun to watch that show with all that stuff out there. Was definitely unique and added to the show in a positive way.

    Absolutely. People used to try and pit us against BD in 95'. I made some cool friends from Blue Devils that summer. We used to get together for Ice Cream and Nacho's and all was good. Funny how the people outside like to make things out to be more than what they are. FHNSAB

    For me personally, I think BD 93's brass book was unreal(as was their performance). Drums would have to go to CBC 89'.

    There was not too much of an adjustment for me personally. I teach both (leading with the left and right) to this day because of so many programs using mixed meter music. It also helps isolate each foot so that there is no dominate foot.

    I prefer T-shirts. But I do have a poster from our show in '95 that is pretty sweet. Have to dig it up some day.

    1991- The end of Cadets opener "Short Ride". I love how effectively the drill evolves to the last set and how simple the shape was.

    Joe was the kindest person I have ever met, and I will miss him tremendously. He always cared for us through thick and thin. Drum Corp. really has lost a true Giant. .....

    This brings back some fun memories. We did hang our jackets out in 95'. I used to have about the same amount of pins too. Used to hate cleaning days cause you had to reassemble your uniform. Usually on the bus which meant. "somebody was gettin stuck"...lol

    Should be a cool show. We did a complete Rocky show in 91 at Boston. Was a lot of fun. Crowd was into it.
