Yes it is clean but I'm sorry I don't get it and Ive been following DCI since 1989. For me, it has NO entertainment value. I am not a BD hater, in fact I have been a HUGE fan for years, but this one is over my head. At least 1930 was entertaining.

I live in Atlanta and ride Marta ALL THE TIME and have for years. I have NEVER EVER had or seen issues like those you speak of. Always see lots of MARTA police around too. Granted I have never gone very far east or west but heading north or northeast is great alternative to sitting in traffic and downtown parking.
