I forgot how big Reagans marching band was. I have no regrets marching at Klein Forest, but I wish I marched with groups like this one. Where everyone cared about the program. My freshman year was the worst. We were marching a show called Mahler: Then and Now and the upperclassmen thought the music was boring. I was blown away about that. So silly.

We got a new drill designer His name is Mason Daffinee. I believe he teaches at Regan

I can understand what the OP is stating. In a sense, it has become extremely predictable in terms of who is going to win the title. However, I always go back as to why BD possibly became even more of a juggernaut. 2008 is easily a season true drum corps fans will never forget. Losing by .025 was probably something they weren't expecting and they wanted to make sure it will never happen again. So, they have an overwhelming powerful system of weath, top of the line teachers, elite staff, probably the best that will ever be in terms of internal planning and right now they are in the driver's seat. But.... this makes me even prouder to be a Cavies fan. Sure they finished in 8th, but that percussion trophy sure is nice too lol!!! Anyways, BD is fantastic and they clearly plan things out.

Lol..... yes I listen to drum corps everyday almost nonstop. Each show has a story and I love it. I used to annoy my entire family. But hey! If you love something, you stick with it. I love drum corps!! Funny enough... I used to have long hair and I actually head banged to Cavies 2001. I'm such a dork!!

Honestly, I had some disagreements. Mostly with my beloved Green Machine, but!!!!! Those are YOUR opinions and they should never be disregarded. It was a fresh/new take from a younger persons standpoint. I'm stuck doing overnights (my last night is tomorrow thank goodness) and it was wonderful to listen to. Beware of the wave of kelly green lol!!!!

Well, it's time to start a new thread for the next season! Sure The Cavaliers finished 8th, BUT they won percussion! There is definitely something growing in Rosemont! Let's keep it up Cavies!!

Just throwing this out there..... I'm going for BD tonight. Why? This corps is long overdo for an official 3-peat. From a technical standpoint.... this show is awesome. They deserve it!
