I mean, it's like the NFL... 99% of people aren't in it but still have opinions. Don't see what marching experience has to do with being able to critique on quality and execution, I'm sure it helps but...

After watching last night in theaters, I was sure the 10-12 would have been Madison, Academy and Crossmen in 12th... my brother and I were a bit surprised. Despite the negativity I think Madison's show is so enjoyable, that closer!!! Not a good year in scores for Madison but still not a BAD year.

agreed. despite the obvious tension growing on DCP I think 2016 is probably one of the most interesting and fun years I've experienced since getting into drum corps around 2009. Then again oddly enough, 2016 was the year I discovered DCP and got a waaaay more in depth view on the drama of DCI haha

I can't imagine joining a corps and going in and give my opinions about what's "best for the corps" when I'm simply a marcher. I'm there to execute and perform and enjoy myself. I'm sure you're not being extremely literal.... but no corps member is really "drinking to kool aid" they're there out of appreciation and progression of the corps, they don't even know what "kool aid" they're drinking till they're really all together when the season starts.

I'm positive at the time SOMEWHERE the sun will be going down... where The Great Event is most needed!

straight up. Mad respect for the "turn around" Cadets have done, it was expected tbh. If they ended up beating out everyone I'd be humming (screaming) appian way probably till next december. Probably will anyway

Anyway, great job Crown! So happy with the product and quality this corps puts out every show from beginning of the season to end. They are a force to be respected! Looking forward to marching in 2017, if everything follows through :-)

I just find it absolutely hilarious and ironic that people are hating on the new Crown ending but then will be the first to petition against gun violence being propagated in media. DO YOU WANT GUNS OR ONLY WHEN IT FITS YOUR NARRATIVE
