  1. I see the result and understand the concern. I've just rescanned the site (drumcorpsplanet.com and drumcorpsplanet.com/forums) with both Sucuri (https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/) and Norton's SafeWeb (https://safeweb.norton.com/) and don't see an issue. There are lots of false-positives reported by some of these services - so its hard to know which are accurate and those that are not. I sometimes wonder if some of these 'test sites' are simply devices for generating "clean my site" business. We'll continue to keep an eye on things and our guard up. Thanks -john
  2. DCP doesn't specifically have the rights to these banners, so I'm reluctant to host them on one of my servers. However, if the person that created them would like to contact me (support@drumcorpsplanet.com) and provide the image files, I'll put them in a place where they can be accessed by forum users. -john
  3. Congratulations to all of the HOF Class of 2016 ... especially Frank, whose historical insight and wisdom are often a beacon of sanity is this sometimes crazy activity.
  4. Wonder if this strike-through code works now. (Using 'strike' keyword) Or if the abbreviated single character strike works. (Using the 's' keyword)
  5. Don't use the "Combined World + Open" right now. Reason: In order to get everyone on the 'same page' as DCI does for Prelims, Semis, and (should it happen) Finals, I've created 'World Class' entries for each of the Open Class corps that compete this weekend. Their scores while competing in the World Class Competition will be recorded as World Class. Drew and I have talked about a way to change this for the future ... but for now, this is the way we'll report the 'combined results' for Championships. It was that - or report the two divisions in their respective Divisions, which was not useful or the best representation of the competition. Hope this helps. -john
  6. For those interested in these things, I've prepared a combined recap for the two evenings of Allentown, despite my general disregard for combining scores from two different events/days - even with the same panel. You'll find the "Allentown - Combined" show results on the DCP Scores page under August 1st at http://www.drumcorpsplanet.com/scores/ -john
  7. Audio is pretty 'dull' - last night and this afternoon/evening.
  8. Hey folks - if you haven't already downloaded and installed DrumScorps on your iOS, Android, or Windows Phone device - do so and keep-up with the latest information in the final two weeks of the DCI season. The app is packed with up-to-date scores (including recaps), information about the remaining tour stops, corps scoring history throughout the season, news from the front page of Drum Corps Planet, and of-course our DCP Rankings. You'll find DrumScorps in the App Store for your device. Enjoy! -john
  9. It appears that the Invision code for the version we run does not provide the editing tools available in the desktop version. I've seen reports that there were a number of problems with the "Full Editor" on an iPhone, so it was removed. There may be some expanded features in the latest version - but we won't be considering any updates to the core IPB software until the fall. -john
  10. One of these days, I'm going to have to make the trip east for this show and a few others. Make it a long weekend - Murfreesboro, Atlanta, Charlotte/Winston-Salem, Dublin. I had a great time doing the Murfs / Atlanta / Jacksonville,AL weekend with Mike "Cozy" Baker (may he RIP) a number of years ago. Saw some great drum corps that weekend in some fantastic settings. Don't hold your breath, G ... but someday I'll make it there. Have a FANTASTIC show day. -john
  11. WAIT .... WUT?? The feed just up and disappears. Seriously? I'm in California - where its 9:00pm. The show/event is in Denver - where it is 10:00pm.
  12. Ibe and his team have done a fantastic job with this corps. GREAT job, Legends.
  13. FWIW (and hoping NOT to jinx things) ... my feed has been great so-far. MacBookPro 15" Retina --> AppleTV --> TV; All hard-wired (ethernet); 116Mbps downstream
  14. For those that may have questions about how the "Weighted" scores are calculated - our "Ranking Methodology" page has more information.
  15. VERY nice performance turned-in by River City Rhythm. There must be something in the water there in Minnesota, don'cha'know.
  16. VERY impressed with Louisiana Stars' show. BRAVO!! to their members and team.
  17. Thanks for the heads-up. I've updated the database with the correct DCI show appearances.
  18. I can't give too much away .... but can tell you that the next release will have some cool features that will make it even more powerful and useful. Thanks to all that have downloaded and are using the app. Stay tuned and be sure to spread the word and invite your friends to download and use DrumScorps. -john
