Not appropriate at all. Though, you know, it's not like we ever did anything for you. I know everyone on here hated our show, and it's not like we worked just as hard as every other corps every day, regardless of their placement. We're just lazy, egotistical bandos who want to kill DCI and everything every real drum corps fan loves. Really? ####, i think there were a hell of a lot of people that LOVED that show, myself included. Sorry Alex. That was sarcasm. I forgot that doesn't always come across on the nets... I was saying that it's a generally well-liked show, and we did indeed work just as hard as everyone else, regardless of placement. I love drum corps! All drum corps! Hooray! papasmurf Posted May 21, 2010 Share Posted May 21, 2010 In that case, it is in extremely poor taste, as are the other captions on the subject (IMO, except for the Hoppy one, since he puts himself in these situations a lot and, unlike the members, is a driving force behind the controversial new measures). It's like booing. You may not like the show design, but when you're booing at the members that are out there, and the members are the ones having to hear it... As they say, "if it looks like a duck, and it smells like a duck..." Didn't you win with this show? It was the Disney favorite, it got the biggest crowd reaction by far that I have ever seen, there's so much glory for you to feel. So why can't you take one thing with a light heart and brush it off? Yeah, this is true, and as I count backwards from ten and take a few deep "breathe-dahs," I'm realizing that I should have just put the computer down, haha. Ah well. Chalk it up to general frustration. No hard feelings, Big Papi. Just never thought I'd see something I was involved with, that was such a positive part of my life being portrayed in such a negative light. It certainly had shock value. time now? Oh Zach...lighten up, these are fricking hillarious, I neve, even saw these b4......And you have to accept that the administration of the corps you marched decided to kiss DCI goodbye and become a member of the greefy-7 by choice, they are now fair game....sad as it is.
