Hrothgar15
The "I-don't-believe-I-just-saw-that" has to go to Phantom's color guard at the end of Bacchanale in 1991. Imagine if DCP had been around then. I still think that whole section was really inappropriate and crossed WAY over the line though.
Captncontra
Wow. I can't believe no one mentioned '92 BD, When a Man Loves a Woman. Jackets off, shirts open, loud and beautiful...
SpookyKid
The last 2 minutes or so of Phantom's 89 & 90 shows.
ThomVBFL
Every time this thread appears, I've got to add... '84 Freelancers "With You I'm Born Again" Just listening to that brings a shiver to the spine and a tear to the eye! Play ball!!!
PhantomCrown
Since I can't do this, I'm gonna do my favorite moments for multiple groups. 2001 Cavaliers - Moving wedge playing the catchy groove moving to corner in the very end. 2004 Blue Devils - Call and responseish section with soloists and huge brass hits 2006 Phantom Regiment - Ending chord of Ave Maria.... Duh 2005 Crown - Last chord of opener 2005 Bluecoats - Crazy trumpet licks in the ending 2005 Cadets - The whole ballad, based on their amazing playing and my reaction to realizing that it was Bjork. JayM
1992 Cavaliers-What ever that ballad-like piece they played before the closer was just insane. SO beautiful. I think the piece to which you're referring is Peterloo Overture, by Sir Malcolm Arnold.
