Mouthpiece1234
I would certainly agree. It's not my favorite show. But in terms of entertainment it's got me. Prolly the most famous drum solo and trumpet "trick" out there. Fast paced drill, loud hornline, eye and music candy.
Lance
I love the closer. Pretty far down on my list of most entertaining ever, though. I remember being far more entertained in the stands by the Cavies that year, actually. A bunch of the Cadets 80s shows would definitely be in my top 10, though. spirit7698
fun but no it was not THE MOST entertaining to me but hey, that's just MY opinion.
LAMystreaux
It is definitely up there near the top in terms of excitement, but not my top I don't think. The second section of the show is kind of a yawner, but to make up for it the highs of the show are amazingly high.
Hrothgar15
I agree. This show got me into drum corps and has a very special place in my heart. It's definitely my favorite show of all time for multiple reasons. I've posted about this show before, my experience first discovering it...I'll see if I can dig it up. King_ReMO
I agree, as well. It's one of my two favorite drum corps shows ever.
MikeD
Great show yes...most entertaining for me ever? No. Cadets 97 is up there for me in that regard, as was 2005. Phantom Regiment 1990 is on my own list, as I love Saint Saen's Organ Symphony Crown 2004 is also on my alltime list. Blessed Sacrament Golden Knights 1969, 27th Lancers 1971...both also on my list. BigSnareline
Completely disagree. Good performance, but nowhere NEAR the most entertaining show ever. In fact, to find that ever-elusive MOST entertaining show you would have to look away from the Cadets completely. I can't put my finger on the absolutely best show but I would guess it would be one of Madison's blockbusters, maybe Brigdemen, VK? Cavies? Certainly not Cadets. They are always good, but not all that entertaining.
Harmonious Cacophony
I wouldn't say it was one of the most entertaining, but I do think it is one of the better all-around shows, and certainly one of my favorites. This was the first drum corps show I ever heard, and it still hovers near the top of my iTunes playlist. What makes this show great is plain and simple -awesome music.
