Mouthpiece1234
I don't want to start another debate on this but I wonder what would have happened on quarters if they didn't use narration. Would the crowd have reacted the same? Would they have had a better quarterfinals show which would have set them up for the next 2 nights? I know for a fact the members were a little down after that whole incident....just putting it out there. booing happened with the hashmarks we weren't booed at any other show
tptchic
I don't think the use of narration helped though. Do you think they would have done the same if another corps did the same?

tptchic
Haha yes I remember ;) I loved the show just the way it was, don't get me wrong.
Harmonious Cacophony
I think the Cadets had the best corps in 2007, but not the best show. If they had the best show, they would have probably won.
Lance
No, all the vocal mic work, including narration, must've been what won it for them in '05. Yeah, I'm being ironical.
Slow Adam
booing happened with the hashmarkswe weren't booed at any other show The narration was unpopular, and the hash mark fiasco was just the trigger. I would bet anything that if SCV, Phantom, Cavies or BD had left the field they would not have been booed.

You seem so sure of the narration being the only factor? I was there the entire tour. attack the narration all you want, it's the way it was. the only time they booed was quarterfinals and that was involving hashmarks. which was the only new variable. we finished people stood up. so was it still the narration that made them stand up? Did they all of a sudden the one show narration became that much of an issue for them to boo.
2000Cadet
Could it be that the better performing corps won? How about that?

This entire statement is rediculous.
