I just came from the Scouts rehearsal in Cedarburg.

I picked up a food service volunteer (mother of a guard member) at the Milwaukee airport and drove her up to Cedarburg. And since I'd rather do Drum Corps than work, I stayed for about an hour and watched drill rehearsal.

They are really cleaning up the forms. Working especially hard on diagonals. The instructors reminding them to "fill their space" with chest high, and focusing on "high energy". From what I can tell after seeing them at Madison and Naperville, after a couple of days of extensive rehearsal they already are much cleaner.

Will Erhardt, soprano, told me that the last couple of days they've gotten up at 6:30; quick breakfast; and out to rehearse.

They are focused and working hard. Makes me proud.

Go Scouts!
