Spandy
Yes, they were evaluated by DCA.. Oh, awesome, nevermind then
jrmscreamer
I'm just hoping someone can knock the wind out of the Bucs sails... yawn... I've seen much better corps the past few years, but they're not from the northeast, so they don't win... at least that's the pattern so far

Where have you seen these corps.....in your dreams?
BOSMarcher
I love MBI, but the Bucs have had the best show from an execution and design standpoint out of anyone. They may not be the most fan-friendly, and that is where most people's bias gets in the way. No one likes a dynasty, unless they are supporting the corps that is having one. TomPeashey
Whoa on Kingsmen... They are a declared all aged corps - seem like good people with a reasonable opportunity for success... However... They are NOT a DCA corps and Were NOT evaluated by DCA I'm sure they had to be evaluated by DCI to be in the CA shows though. Another All aged corps successfully on the field is a VERY GOOD thing for CA drum corps
Rap48
Last year Kingsmen were represented at the DCA by a gal rifle soloist. She brought down the house.

Will be really interesting to see how things shake out at the Grand Prix. After that, it will likely get a lot less interesting....or not. jrmscreamer
IMHO, Renegades have been well beyond most other corps, including the Bucs, in power, technique, entertainment, and just plain originality. Bucs are clean and balanced- I'll give them that. However, I have never been blown away so much by a DCA corps as I have been by the Renegades. They should definitely be placing higher every year, if not winning. The stuff these people do with bugles is phenomenal. And just for the record, I'm from Alabama, so it's not a local bias or anything
