The VK Org. is doing the "Happy Dance" in the parking lot after retreat. VK³ earned a silver medal, VK Too with a bronze medal and to top it all off, after 11 attempts, Velour Knights wins its' first Western Regional gold medal.

Who woulda thunk it?

We dropped, but that was expected, actually. We couldn't stay for the finals performance and instead did a show inside a stripped 747 via satellite, heading into Europe. We thank the Cowboy Stadium media staff for being able to put this together for us

California proved last weekend to be a power in DCPI...

Not only did the Velour Knights have an impressive showing at the West regional... the California Knights went east and won the East Regional. So that is two California corps from the same geographical area winning regionals. I can only imagine how the east feels knowing that a corps from the west is taking the trophy back home to the west.

Congrats to the VK family and the Crass organization on wonderful regional performances.

North East took second at the Syracuse regional. By far our best showing in our several seasons. Todays scores also boosted the corp to 6th in the overal rankings, the first time the corp has been ranked inside the top 6. Cant wait to see where it goes from here.

I'm satisfied with Kadence's results, and I'm absolutely THRILLED with the way Providence rallied from 8th in prelims to win their first regional championship! The kids are thrilled as they're getting ready to fly to the UK to begin the second part of their DCPI tour.

After a day off from the Regional weekend, the DCPI Global Tour is ready to begin!

The European leg will take place in some of the most well known football stadiums in Europe, as well as a variety of smaller local stadiums. The first such show takes place at Tallaght Stadium just south of Dublin Ireland. This small venue will play host to a DCE event later this year:

The Canadian tour will visit some of the CFL's most hallowed grounds. Corps will find themselves adapting to the "55 yard line" as well as the snow. The first event takes place at CanadInns Stadium in Winnipeg Manitoba:

The US tour will visit some of the largest NFL and college stadiums in the country, giving each event a "championship" feel to it. The northern leg starts off at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, home of DCI championships and major DCPI events- and rumored to be in consideration as a regional site next season:

Meanwhile, the southern leg visits Houston's indoor shrine: Reliant Stadium, the first of many visits to the colossal stadiums of the South:

After 4 seasons Star of Jupiter takes GOLD at South Regional coming back from 4th at Prelims and just getting into Finals. Star of Hawaii finished 5th in the West. And Cross took it's 3rd North Class A Regional.

Two other FANFARE corps took GOLD as well as should be congratulated. :worthy:

Providence - Open (West)

Glory of Aurora - Class A (West)

I was EXTREMELY proud that CLASS took two of the Regional World Class Championships this weekend!

Velour Knights took the Dallas Texas show and is currently the solid NUMBER ONE in the country with over a point spread with the second place Star of Jupiter!

California Knights came in and surprised not just the Knights but a lot of the east coast fans in Syracuse and alos took GOLD! That puts them in #5 in the country!

In Oxford MS Nastalgia Vanguard captured the Silver placing them 10th overall!

IN Open CLASS Les Blanc Chevalier pulled off a bit of an upset and took Gold in Syracuse!

GREAT JOB BY ALL THE CLASS CORPS!!!
