Mostly, it's because all of the other people in this city don't seem to want all the noise of Finals in their backyards again. I know what you mean. Back in 2008 I was there for the show and happened to see Minnesota Brass rehearsing at Brighting Park? (something like that) and a guy came up to me and threatened to call the cops because >>>"this is a public park and you dont have the right to be here"<<< Though madison is the closet finals-worthy stadium to me, i get why its not here anymore.
