KeithHall
If ALL corps that competed in 1972 made it to DCI Championships what change would have happened to the top 12? Would Blue Rock and St. Rita's been in top 12?

DPEmerald
I think Boston would have made it as well.
DAvery
Blue Rock and St Rita's - Yes Boston - No
KeithHall
It would have been poosible that Bleu Raeders, Bridgemen (St. Andrew's) and possibly Muchacho's would have not made top 12. Was there another corps that was scoring high and didn't go to Whitewater?

DCIHasBeen
What happened to those corps? Did they go to Whitewater? Don't know about Blue Rock, but Carmen Cluna didn't want to have anything to do with DCI from the get-go, and it ultimately killed the Brassmen. Too bad, they were a great corps. Would Blue Rock and St. Rita's been in top 12? Don't recall how Blue Rock was in '72, but St. Rita's were really strong - a great show, and well executed . They most likely would have made top 12, which would have put Bleu Raeders out. Fred O.

It would have been the Bridgemen that would have been out but who knows we beat Ritas a few times but at the CYO and WO they beat us by points. Blue Rock was on a downturn that year but beat us a few times and we beat them a few times. The big thing they didn't show up so we will never know.
