If you want to talk about naked people, go to some forum on youporn or some other site, and start a thread there. Sorry, because of the upcoming G7 cataclysm, I have no sense of humor right now. By the tone of much of the post on these boards, there are a lot people associated with this activity, that have the same outlook. The G7 travesity has really made me irate. Furious. Fit to be tied. I can't believe that tonight may be the last real Finals - before the G7 split. The more I think about it, the most disgusted I become. You can't just not like a show to Blue Devil fans, you are just a hater. How many threads bantered back and forth with people saying they don't get the show nor like the show, rebutted by overzealous parents, alumni and fans of the Devils spouting "hater", and telling you how wrong you must be for not liking the greatest show on planet earth. It took a lot of viewings, but in just watching the guard, I get it now. It's not about a second chance at winning at all, if you really watch it and pay attention, you will see that (I know this will sound corny), but it's more about a second chance at love. If you know the back-story to last year's ending, Peter runs back to his own life, having to leave Tinkerbell behind in the fantasy world. Now fast forward to this show. Same character as before, and at the beginning of the show, with the Mahler, it's the fight between the two lovers, namely as we see the female lead tempted by the second male lead. ending with the first male lead striking down the female lead. Transition into the next part and Danzon, and it's her search for new love. Go to Nimrod, and she's found a new love, but still is conflicted about her old love. Enter again the Mahler Resurrection, and it's the fight between her two potential new lovers. We reach the first ending, and she chooses wrong, going back to her old love. The show rewinds, and she goes to the other love, with the Promise of Living playing signaling her right choice. But the real twist is that Promise of Living also signals Peter returning to claim his love, and the two go off into their own world. See, it makes sense now? Thanks for explaining this. I retract my earlier comment about Crown still searching for an identity, and will try to find a mixed-angle video clip from which to hopefully understand this better (last night, I was watching high-cam only, so I guess all of this just didn't come across to me from that level; kind of the reverse of what happened with Santa Clara in Erie, where I found the vantage point too low to fully appreciate what they were doing). Yeah, it didn't make much sense to me until I could watch it on multi-cam. If they post VODs from quarters, I think that would be the best one. There were a few shots cut from the semis video, but I still think that it should get the point across well enough. I'm really happy actually that people are understanding what I wrote.
