gumby5647
Carolina Crown: The Rite of Spring and go all out with it..... "sacrifice" a virgin girl at the end. HAH! Could be more epic than Spactacus' ending! Edited September 8, 2010 by gumby5647
skewerz
still wanna see someone do "Patton", or at least the quasi-famous tune from it...maybe paired up with "Flight of the Valkyries" that combination sounds Trooper'ish to me...Crown could do it...maybe Boston... Wildabeast
Madison played Carmen in 2005. Check SCV 1990.
tnrM1
Oh! I'll have to chack out the Madison Carmen show. I'd like to see a Despicable Me show. Sounds childish and all that, but the music is actually pretty cool. I can see Bluecoats doing that. I'd also like to see some Gabrielli....hard to arrange but if done right there's a chance of pure awesomeness. I wanna see Academy do "Paradise Lost". musclebud
I've seen a lot of film score suggestions. Love to see some one come out with an all Jerry Goldsmith show. Love his Sci-fi stuff, especially from the 70's. Capricorn one The Boys from Brazil The Omen. Planet of the Apes. There is some great percussive stuff in those films. Very dark and dramatic. brassoholic19
I would love to see Phantom, Crown, or SCV do a show based on John Barry's score for "The Lion in Winter." AN AMAZING SOUNDTRACK, and highly recommended. Edit: I believe that Glassmen included a bit of the score in their 2010 show, though I may be mistaken. Jocko the Wonder Llama
Since "Western Side Story" was successful for the Troopers, why not try another classic/western show: "Phantom of the Horse Opera" For the uninformed, a "Horse opera" is an old name for a western. JamMan
Carolina Crown: The Rite of Spring and go all out with it..... "sacrifice" a virgin girl at the end. HAH! Could be more epic than Spactacus' ending! I knew you were joking the moment you said "The Rite of Spring". Seriously, that song needs to never be played all the way through on the field. Also, didn't they sacrifice a virgin this year? Wait, they just beat her in the face with a rifle. Close enough!

More like "Phantom of the Grand Ol' Oprie"
