You know.... those that talk about those that do vs those that do. I will tell you from personal experience with Shane (4 years) that he is a remarkably talented and gifted percussion instructor and designer. His accomplishments and his chops speak for themself. The students that he trained and inspired (including my son) respect him, his creativity, his leadership and importance to any competitive marching band & drum corps organization.
