Drum Korps Fan Man
didn't see this one coming... I really like their brass too. I feel like I will put my trust in the staff. They seem to know what's up Edited November 8, 2010 by Drum Korps Fan Man

Terry Pritchard
I actually think the new line of Jupiter Brass are well made. The horns play well in all registers. My only concern is how they will hold up while on tour. I know that brass staff is very talented and the teaching will outweigh the actual horn. Good luck, Blue Stars! luvs me sum mello!
Horrible move. The mellos have some serious back pressure issues at the top of the staff. Considering that's where a lot of WC mello lines tend to hang out, that's a pretty big issue.
corps8294
Is Jupiter affiliated with those Mapex drums?

Some of the most exciting top of the range mello stuff I heard.
gatoradeftw
Is Jupiter affiliated with those Mapex drums? It's part of the 'Quantum Marching Project' that the Jupiter horns are a part of. So you may have something there
