Blue Devils The Cadevaliers are currently ranked 1-3 ? This is as shocking for me to learn as to learn that its hot in Texas in the Summer. Phantom 8. Madison Scouts 9-12 Toss ups between a number of corps Sleeper: Bluecoats and Blue Stars (shows with the most unrealized potential). Bluecoats have a chance at #1 if they make the necessary changes. Blue Stars do not get the credit (think Rodney Dangerfield) but will by the end of the year. IF there is no tie-breaker rule, i have a feeling we may be watching more than 12 corps compete on August 13th, and i dont think that is too bold of a statement either.
