BigBadMadMan
Hey, top 6 is a possibility and definitely attainable. They are better than last year and have a vehicle that can get them there. Whatever happens, happens...but I don't think that this is appearing to be some sort of a fluke. 2 shows in a row they are better than Boston by almost 4 points. A Boston corps that beat them last year. They are RIGHT NOW 13 points away from their finals score last year. That's improvement across the board and, IMO, reason to be excited. Jerseyboy
It's a start. Crossmen beat spirit in music effect , brass , and last few shows percussion . Looks like a matter of time . Bones .
HurcsGuyGD.
Guys Madison is doing really good but stop hyping. Hype when they beat top corps head to head, not just bac. And yes im a big Scouts fan Sorry about the Madison hype in my review. That was my small attempt at humor. They were on fire and the people liked them that's all. I am too tired to give a real review. Here are a few simple observations: Spirit of Atlanta - They are starting to look and sound like a possible top 12 corps again. The crowd loved them. Very powerful hornline. Crossmen - Very entertaining music. They are getting that groove machine like vibe about them that they had in the 90's. I dig the visual stuff comming from the field percussion. The brass had some very powerful moments and produced some serious volume. My only issue is the lack of demand in in the drill. This could possibly hurt them in the long run. Boston- I had Spirit over them but I understand why Boston beat them tonight. They came across as having a more polished look, feel and sound about them. Did they get the standing ovations like Spirit or Madison? Not really but they had a very mature sound and I can't take that away from them. My biggest shock of the night was Spirit. I see a possible top 12 run this year. They have a great show. It can do a lot of damage once they polish this bad boy up. Edited June 28, 2011 by HurcsGuyGD.

Stryfe
Holy typo hell. Going to bed now. Haha. It's alright. At first I wondered if it was intentional. It's an interesting combination of the Latin root "spero" and English word "spirit." "Spero" means "I hope"! craiga
After the encore, Madison and Boston mingling together on the field, exchanging handshakes and hugs, and spending about 20 minutes just basically hanging out....laughing and talking......two class acts..... G Who????
