jkingqm
Tulsa Cinemark. People please don't be texting on your smart phones. It's so distracting in a dark theater.
Ghost
Thanks. It's possible to start a legitimate conversation by asking a simple question, you know. Sorry, you probably had to type in the locations. Forgot that the two locations I sent, are not retained for long with mapquest. I'll thank you only for the "thanks". skywhopper
Sorry SkyWhopper, but "supports my reasons for not being part of facebook, twitter, etc." means only one thing to moir. I apologize to all for continuing this typed non-topic discourse. Yep, that's why I asked if you posted to those "useless" sites. In other words, it was sarcasm. You say this thread is useless and yet you post here to complain about it, uselessly. So ... take your own philosophy to heart! Treat this thread as you do Facebook and Twitter! Back on topic: At the pre-season cinecast at my theater, some folks in the audience asked them to turn things up, and the corps sounded pretty good. However, the commentator's voices were then waaaay too loud. Hoping for a better mix at the prelims broadcast.
POSITIVenrgy
Any theaters in SoCal that gets REALLY nuts? Been sort of mellow out here in Arcadia past few years... The theater I've been going to the last few years in Woodland Hills CA. (in the valley), has a pretty fun crowd. They start cheering during the trivia/slide show stuff that is on the screen before the cinecast even starts! By the end of the night, people are standing and cheering as if we were all in Indy, live! It's lots of fun.

Haven't decided exact location yet, but here in Chicago (city, not burbs!) my only response is "Crowd? What's that?" You couldn't start a DCA Minicorps with the non-existent throngs I encounter every year...To be honest, it's getting a little sad!
Geoff
South Point Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas Blvd. South There is a tequila bar there that $2 shots and drinks of any tequila you want. I plan on taking a few breaks from the show to pay them a visit.
