Allentown recharges my batteries every year. It's more of a social re-connecting without the internet wired between us. Safe travels and great weather to all that get to Indy. I'm leaving the investment world behind; my clients are in the capable hands of my assistant. My wife will feed the dog. 25 hours of drum corps over 3 days will do wonders for my world-view, and will re-align my mental planets. My de-programming thus now begins. I look forward to logging on this Sunday to begin reading the DCP rants! If I hear of you booing, or even golf clapping, I'm coming over to your cyber home and kicking your cyber XXX, well you know. What I'm trying to say is, I'm jealous! So, have fun, and good call on leaving the wifey behind. Mine can't stand drum corps, which is basically OK, because without her there it puts me one seat closer to the 50. A number of years ago, when I would be heading out of my then-office midweek for the trip to the DCA championships, I would tell people I was off to Drum Corps Fantasy Camp. At which point I will HAUL ### to get to LOS in time to see as much as I can. GO TROOP!!! Look for me in the stands waving a rally scarf or maybe a flag! If a certain corps take the title....DCP will need to have Dr. Phil, Dr. Drew, Dr. John and Dr. Strangelove all "on call" all night and most of Sunday!
