Horns move out of the way so the drums and show their stuff. That line of drums is intimidating.

Horns are doing a little Irish jig during a drum break! Fun!

Horns now coming up to the front side line for the closer of Irish Eyes Are Smiling. Crowd is applauding continuously.

Drum majors are working the crowd before the final chord. Standing O, ladies and gents. That's how you do that.

Next on the field are the Bridgemen Alumni from Bayonne, New Jersey. Their 2011 program consists of:

New York, New York (from New York, New York)

42nd Street (from 42nd Street)

Harlem Nocturne

I Love New York

Stars and Stripes Forever

There is a Bridgemen horn player already on the front side line in a lawn chair, reading a magazine while waiting for the rest of the corps to take the field.

By the way, first time I noticed that the hat bands are pink or blue hued depending on the member.

Backfield horn warm-up sounds INCREDIBLE.

Watching the Bridgemen getting ready to enter the field reminds me of the first time I saw them in their new uniforms at CYO in 1976. The BD busses were just entering the parking lot and we saw them ... we all went crazy! Even though we hadn't lost a show, we thought "OMG, they are going to kick our bu**s!"
