mingusmonk
If you see the guy wearing this jacket be sure to ask for his ID... ... and then?
Grumpy
Please don't assume whoever bought the jacket is going to parade around saying they were Brian from the 94 horn line. The person might be a collector, might make it into a pillow, might return it to the corps or might be Brian reclaiming his long lost property. At $132 did this jacket appreciate in price? How much was it originally? The original price for a member jacket wasn't paid in cash. I told my wife that if she decides to have me buried when I leave this world, it should be with my corps jacket on.

Kamarag
Hrm. I'm tempted to bid on that. It'd look good in a frame on my office wall.
Michael Boo
... and then? And then one calls in the military for a surgical airstrike, followed up by a clean-up by the Navy SEALS.
JimF-LowBari
And then one calls in the military for a surgical airstrike, followed up by a clean-up by the Navy SEALS. Well as long as they're not wearing a corps jackets...... LOL, wonder if anyone here has seen Bill Ives collection of unis and corps jackets that he had at DCI last(?) year. The subject just me me think of that... Note to self: Hide the corps jackets I bought off of eBay years back..... Westshoremen-Bonnie Scots and Pittsburgh Rockets.... ozarkbugler
And then one calls in the military for a surgical airstrike, followed up by a clean-up by the Navy SEALS. Gotta be careful though -- no blood on the jacket.
Michael Boo
Gotta be careful though -- no blood on the jacket. Well, true...that would reduced its value as a commodity.

Popular Post 7567BC
I can understand the outrage at someone wearing an SCV jacket who may not really be or have been a memeber. This extends to other areas too. Why just the other day I saw a guy wearing a Boston Red Sox team jersey that said "Pedroia" on the back and I'm pretty sure it wasn't Dustin Pedroia. The next time I see him I am going to demand his ID and if he isn't who his shirt says he is, you can bet I'm going shake my finger very vigorously at him and let him know I am really mad at him. I've also seen bunch of people wearing NFL shirts and I'm pretty sure they are NFL players. Especially the women wearing them.
