While we're waiting ...

All twelve 1990 finalist shows are great listens and PR certainly had the crowd going... haven't had the pleasure of watching any of them yet though. Easily one of my favorite years.

1990 was a great year for drum corps.

Cadets doing Bernstein.

Star with Balshazzar's Feast.

BD with Tommy.

Phantom doing Bachanale.

SCV with Carmen.

The Lemon Squeeze from Madison (totally underrated show)

Dutch Boy kickin ### in Finals

On that one, yes. I think you are going to have to explain yourself. Granted, it was a nice hornline. But, what else?

If Madison playing Remembrance in 1990 had anything to do with them bringing it back (and much improving it) in 1998, then I'm all about it!

And don't forget Crossmen - I saw them at Montclair Univ. early season, and my jaw dropped. They had new unis, a GREAT sound, and a very entertaining show. That was the beginning of the push to 1992 where they placed 6th.

Yes, 1990 was a great year.

Bluecoats were great too, Duke Ellington with a Steve Brubaker drill! :) Huge sound

I really liked that show. Remembrance is an all-time classic, and Lemon Squeeze is fun.

How about this for a throwback show: Lemon Squeeze, Strawberry Soup, I Can Cook Too

Performing their 2013 production "Blue Plate Special"
