Catan
Boston Crusaders 2000 - the crowd reaction was incredible, and well-deserved Glassmen 1999 - the best visual program of all time for me, and one of my favorite music books. plus, the sharpest uniform to ever hit the DCI field
Kevin Powell
SCV - mid 80s to early 90s. best combination of tradition, performance, entertainment, precision and artistry. You see those corps simply march - no sound - and the hair stood up on your neck. Then to hear them play - Gayle brought brilliance of balance within ALL aspects of the show. geluf
Cadets 2000 I was of marching age then, but I was dealing with cancer and wouldn't be able to march until my age-out year finally in 2004. But this show was so good it hurt. I wanted every part of that. SCV 1999 This is the first show I saw live and it completely changed me forever. Up to this point my career path was uncertain. I knew I was going into music, but I didn't know in what capacity. This show made everything perfectly clear to me. I had to write shows like this. 13 years later I do exactly that.
