TheClutch
They have been posting clues on their facebook. Any guesses to what the show will be about this year? Looking forward to see them bounce back from last year, though I think their performance quality was not an issue. Drum corps is all about design! https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/578104_10151478265318996_1634928849_n.jpg https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/433_10151480679228996_141742843_n.jpg https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/530405_10151482076218996_1920327594_n.jpg https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc1/526827_10151482662393996_1426778806_n.jpg Edited March 17, 2013 by TheClutch
Soprano Martin
They already announced most of this: The Cavaliers - Program TBA Music Selections: "Drum Music/Concerto for Percussion (mvt 3)" by John Mackey "Enterprising Young men" by Michael Giacchino "Ballet Sacra" by David Holsinger Program Announcement: http://www.cavaliers...owstory&id=1340
GREENBLUE
I've mentioned in previous posts that the show is going to be "dark". If you watch the YouTube videos the junior officers also mention that fact. Also, staff tweets mention that the show will be more "mad world" in design style instead of "15 minutes" and will honor the corps 65 years of tradition and performance. An exciting thing coming out of camp reports has been that the men have had the entire show since February. Usually the cavies work/receive on a part at each camp. To have the complete music that early is Definitly to their advantage.
MisterA
I can't wait to see what the Cavies pull out this year. I really enjoyed last years show, even if the placement wasn't as good as they normally do. But then there were a lot of great shows last year.
TheClutch
I've listened to the audio from 2012 a lot and I enjoy it. I haven't seen it enough to have a visual opinion though.

corpsband
Watch out! These guys are gonna surge big time in 2013. Gaines is back?? (just kiddiin',just kiddin') Respect the Cavies performers (esp. the guard who actually spin a world class book every season). Gonna be interesting to see what happens design-wise. Certainly like the music listed so far.
flammaster
I have a feeling they are going to be on fire this year. They do have a great drumline and yea they sure do have a killer guard every year. I was impressed with their semi finals show. They really did a good job. I think they will figure out something even if Gains doesn't come back. Gotta lot the green machine! Major respect!

jjeffeory
Interesting Show Title Announcement from these guys. It's not what I thought it would be at all based on the music listed, but cool I guess. Interesting little video too. Can't wait till the rest of you find out what it is.
