Galen
Score limits for all divisions have been updated and the sweepstakes standings have been updated to reflect the results of yesterday's events. Also, the caption limits are now in place. Going forward, directors will only be able to make up to 3 caption changes per week. Since several corps have already made changes today before the limits went into effect, directors will be able to submit changes on two different days this week. Our system has tended to leave some people out who like to submit caption changes early in the morning, so this is an attempt to rectify that this season. Galen
Hope everybody has gotten their captions adjusted- corps will need those extra points and will need to be careful about managing their changes, especially during the regionals week this week. Corps start the push towards the regional championships at J. Birney Crum Stadium in Allentown PA, Dunbar HS in Lexington KY, District 3 Stadium in Rock Hill SC and Napa Memorial Stadium in Napa CA. Galen
Welcome back indeed! Jumping into the mix as an immediate contender. Tonight's events are mainly focused out east. The Buckeye Brass stable of corps headline a large lineup of Open Class and Class A corps at Centerville HS in Centerville OH. The Thoroughbreds may be the corps to really watch tonight after they pasted Nastalgia and the rest of the Open Class field last night in Lexington. Most of the World Class corps that competed in Allentown last night take an encore at Westminster HS in Westminster MD, transitioning to a smaller, more intimate venue than their massive stage last night. Out west, the Concord CA event is being split up. World Class corps will compete at Mt. Diablo College's stadium, while Open Class and Class A corps take the field at Dublin HS. The perennial contenders look to strike back against newer corps like Red Coat Regiment and Phantom Brigade who have started to become consistent top finishers. Cadevilina Crown
Don't know if anyone's mentioned this yet, but there are two new corps joining the tour (and yes, we are aware that we will be receiving a penalty for this at all competitions this year due to late registration): http://www.drumcorpsfantasy.com/2014/07/introducing-harmonic-harmonic-cadets/

DannyII
Dunbar HS in Lexington KY Nice place to snag a first win (OVT) and a second-straight win (RCX)
Galen
Nailbiters in Westminster! Chaos in Centerville! Quiksilver dominance in Concord! Those are just some of the headlines as we come to the last day before the regional championships. Corps across the country will be competing in mid-sized college stadiums to get ready for the environments they'll be seeing in the regional championships. After their division sweep in Concord last night, the Quiksilver band of corps look to put a stranglehold on the rest of the field at Spartan Stadium in San Jose CA. At Doyt Perry Stadium in Bowling Green OH, The Knights and Stud Bolts will try to position themselves for maximum momentum heading to Ann Arbor, but Eruption will look to throw themselves into the mix as well. In Harrisonburg VA's Bridgeforth Stadium, the newly-minted Harmonic corps will try to get some more experience under their belt against a variety of corps, including Star of Jupiter, Storm Troopers and Texas Zephyrs. Finally, in the beautiful rolling hills of Cullowhee NC, Ohio Valley Thunder looks to build off their recent win in Lexington at Whitmire Stadium, but they'll face a buzzsaw in Knights of Power, who will be competing in their home state.
