Someone in San Antonio said they couldn't hear the narration at all in person when I was hearing it just fine on FN. How does the sound team take care of that?

Not use narration.

Do you really hear a difference between a mellophone mic'd at the bell and a French Horn mic'd at the bell? No, you don't, it's total GE and has nothing to do with the sound.

I can hear a difference between a trumpet and a flugel, and I can hear a difference between a french horn and a mellophone. Absolutely.

Used to have french horn bugle lines and yes, it sounds different.

Wait, so mellophones and french horns only sound different when you're farther away from them? :P

I don't know how much prerecording is allowed. The end is now prerecorded.

They could pre-record everything, and then there wouldn't be any playing mistakes. Am I being facetious? Where's the line between possible and ridiculous?
