N.E. Brigand
NWS says 50% chance of thunderstorms. I'll be there, but my phone is dumb, so I can't provide reports.

kevingamin
First on the field in competition tonight is Coastal Surge from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Their 2014 program is entitled "A Southern Saga: Scenes from Charlestowne Harbor" and consists of: Spangled Heavens by Grantham, Donald Gone by McAlister, Scott Final Battle from 'We Were Soldiers' by Glennie-Smith, Nick Symphony #1 by Theofanidis, Chris
kevingamin
Coastal Surge starts with a pre-show of ocean waves coming from the pit. There is a guard couple up front, the male kneeling and holding the hand of the female. Nice balance and blend from the horns on a company front move. Drums also have a crisp sound to them. Low brass putting out a great foundation for the rest of the horns to sit on.
