But there's a lot of interesting material in the rest of the soundtrack. Indigenous drumming, Spanish themes, and religious music all blended (or not blended) together. this.... :) (music starts at 2:50 although if you havent seen this whole clip it is incredible. I think crown could do amazing things with Klesch arranging a Whitacre piece. Very haunting. Avon HS (perrennial BOA powerhouse) in Indiana did a show based on that piece to great success a few years back. And Crown has a number of staff in common with Avon. I sang this song in choir in high school. My teacher was a HUGE Eric whitacre fan. we did Sleep, Lux Aurumque, a Boy and a Girl, Starburst, etc. I would actually love to see a show with nothing but his music.
