thus to allow for wiggle room near the top.

But in all honesty, from watching the periscopes. The product from CV up, is very different from a demand perspective from the rest down.

I don't think there's been many years where there HASN'T been an anomaly. This is why at Finals they have 2 judges in each caption. To try and level things out as best as possible. (It also helps to flag judges who are out to create issues).

see though.. its rank... then rate. Its just how it works. The sheets years ago, were more like the golf course. A corps against the sheets. Then the numbers are compared. The sheets no longer ask for that. They ask for comparison. So you have to compare. Then add numbers to it to place spreads.

Ive been in this activity 20 years. Its always been a form of band. You can debate that however you want to in another forum. The point is... relax. Its a silly activity that we love, and we often take way too seriously, analyzing it beyond what it is.
