At annual Corps cookouts, he often talks so much, he forgets what he's doing, and burns most of the beef he's cooking on the grill. Not a problem, if you like it well done, but most prefer the beef cooked a bit more tender. He just needs to produce some more red meat for folks, imo, thats all.
