BD is actually benefitting from the 3 corps below them all being so talented. If one of them was clearly better than the other 2, they’d likely be less than a point from BD, who knows how close. If the corps they’re competing against are having a good year, BD’s spread expands. If they’re not having a good year, BD has a wide gap to begin with. That’s gotta get frustrating. This right here. That's why I say BD's consistency will wear down other corps from here until finals. They also know when to rest, which is their secret(?) weapon. It is exhausting to chase the Devs at this point. It's a test of the WHOLE organization, not just the MMs, as you said.

As much as I love this show, it’s missing a ballad and a closer. It’s gonna be really hard to compete in GE or analysis with the top five this year with this show. Everything kinda coasts after the keytar number. I’d have to agree yeah, I think that’s just the floaty nature of a production like theirs. You have a slight little bit of a ballad but it really isn’t that pronounced, and I went almost the whole half season into the Texas tour thinking also “what’s Bloo’s closer? Do they have one?” Not in a mocking way, but I just honestly couldn’t recall what it was Edited July 24, 2022 by Vidal28Rdg

Everything kinda coasts after the keytar number. Just couldn’t disagree further. Sure, their brass and guard are holding them back a little (relatively), but their visual scores are thriving. Content isn’t the problem right now for Bloo, it’s cleanliness. Once they clean up, I can’t imagine them below 2nd in GE.

GE disagreements kinda manic… And, much love to Mandarins, but beating PR in brass??? I’m sorry someone explain to me how Mandarins, which I love, has a top 10 brass line. That’s nonsense. Someone explain to me how PR brass finished behind Mandarins. Brass doesn’t even PLAY for huge parts of their show. squarepush
I definitely would put Blue Stars brass above Cavaliers and Mandarins
