That flag work in the back needs rewritten

I was thinking the EXACT same thing. It was off and didn’t work with anything going on. Going to the ground and doing work doesn’t work when you’re in the back of the field.

It's a long and musical percussion battery feature there.  There's a lot going on it.  It continues under the horns into the ballad intro too.  It's not quite as integrated as a Mike Jackson book but the writing is really sharp to integrate into the horns and create transitions musically.  And they're performing the SNOT out of it.

Now for this amazing ballad.  The harmonica sounds as great as the cello did last year.

Simple as it is, that harmnica feature is one of the musical moments of the year for me. Just love it.

Why would you lay down behind the corps and do flag work?

I mean the Harmonica and French Horn playing off each other is such a unique sound.  It manages to be delicate and when the trumpet enters it's just great.
