MR. Garrett!

You were MUCH too young in 1974 to be looking at any Trooper tushys! Now me on the other hand...it may have been one of the highlights of shall we say a rather tumultous year.

Well Pete... you would be correct. Of course, that would have been when YOU were teaching ME how to play drum set at a music store... and you were a Cavalier!

While you guys were listening to Pink Floyd and Sabbath and checkin' out Trooper tush... I was learning how to play from that Carmine Appice book you had me

working out of!! GOOD TIMES!!

I was a cool kid, though, so I woulda been able to handle it... b**bs b**bs

Well, Fred, no one would be wearing skirts and knee-high spit shined boots now days either... :(

There would be an interpretive dance to represent the yellow rose, and it would include a sad death no doubt,

represented by a soft, subtle passage, and a single dancer with butterfly wings...dressed in yellow chiffon (skin tight leotard type chiffon)

...and a gentle, wispy bow... followed by a jazz quartet and a saxaphone solo. :P :P :P :P :P

AND NOW...BACK TO THE PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!! (oh boy am I gonna get it...)

Don't say things like that! You don't want to give 'em ideas!

Pic #3 could be Spirit of Atlanta. The colors are right, and they had that swoosh on their drums for a while in the early 80's.

Garry

Nope, that definitely is not Spirit.
