KeithHall
The Royal Coachmen were around 1970 to 1976. Thanks though Dale. I'm hoping the "C" is for Coachmen. Keith has been looking for pictures for a long time.Dale
KingsmenSnare76
Hey Dave, I can see the resemblance but no I didn't march this year as I was 23 years old at the time. As Kelley said I marched 1980 followed by her in 81-82 and finally Scott in 83. The cymbal player on the far right is Bill Geimann. He marched Kingsmen and was also in our 07 KAC cymbal line.An interesting bit of trivia. I marched BD in 80. Lawrence Perpoli marched 80-82. And Jim Navarro marched in 84. If you count Scott Kubitz who also marched in the VK there was at least one former VK drummer in the BD snare line over the next five years (80-84). Three of us from the 79 line (below). Thanks for clearing that up for me Greg! Interesting stuff!...That sure does look like you though :)....I know Bill Giemann well...he marched cymbals in Kingsmen in 76....I believe he marched 3 winning Blue Devil years too...on cymbal and bass Edited August 25, 2009 by KingsmenSnare76

Legolaus
Middle/late sixties I think given YMCA affiliation. I have a Madison Scout book of matches from the 70's as well as a Cavalier deck of playing cards from the 60's. Of course I also have the ever-popular Phantom Regiment gum saver. SoundmanG
2nd from right? Oooh I'm sorry Dave . 2nd from right is Chuck King (currently a DCI percussion/music judge) I'm the guy on the far left. Here's a picture (re-post) of the same line from Birmingham during finals week complete with tube socks. Unfortunately neither picture shows the full line. It seems the end guys are always getting cut off.
