Geoff
Rumor and I'm pretty sure is that current Kiwanis Director Doug Darwin taught the drummer for Barenaked Ladies on drumset and I'm pretty sure he marched in one of the many canadian corps of the time <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Tyler Stewart of BNL did march with the Ambassadors of Newmarket, ON. He thanks them in the liner notes of "Gordon".
mjs4484
I've heard rumors that Meatloaf marched contra back in the day and that's where he got his stage name.
Sopmedic
I don't know if this counts but if anyone uses "Warburton" Mouthpieces (I use one and will never use another mouthpiece) Terry Warburton marched in Blue Rock. I forget what year. But I learned that from Terry himself!
Jeffe77
Chad Sexton is amazing. He's my hero. :-D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Back in 2002, Chad came down to the Glendora show and was blown away by BD warming up. He was even recording it on his Camcorder. I thought it was cool he, being an awesome drummer, just getting a kick out of a drumline like we all do.

KeithHall
um, it's a joke that's been going around for years.....at least it was around in '83 when i marched regiment.....Ü jan If I am not mistaken, Neil was in Rush the early part of the 1970's.....Phantom never made it Big until 1974 and also I believe their drum line wasn't anything to write home about in the early years. I do remember the horn line kicking butt.
