What was strange was when one the female 1st Lt. went on a trip with us as the OIC...she'd heard about the song....wanted to hear it....realized we didn't REALLY wanna sing that one to an offcier, let alone a female one...practically ordered us to sing it.... ...then learned the words and sung it enthusiastically with us on the way back to the base after the parade....
