burdettsky
This is by no means official. Someone started a who is going to Rochester post. Rather than going through and waiting for someone from each corps to reply, I will put together a list of who I believe is going and in which class, and if there are any revisions, maybe someone from that respective group can post a change and I can adjust the list. Reading Buccaneers - open Bushwackers - open Empire Statesmen - open Syracuse Brigadiers - open Minnesota Brass Inc. - open San Fransisco Renegades - open Hawthorne Caballeros - open Corps Vets - open Carolina Gold - open Connecticut Hurricanes - open Kingston Grenadiers - open Rochester Crusaders - open New York Skyliners - open Sunrisers - open Racine Kilties - open Sunrisers - open Music City Legend - open Frontier - open Yokohama inspires, to my knowledge, will not be attending and competing in Open Class this year. Chops Inc. - A Governaires - A Alliance - A Gulf Coast Sound - A Lakeshoremen - A Mon Valley Express - A Shenandoah Sound - A Heat Wave - A Corps who I believe are attending, but not sure of Class size. Perhaps we can have a little help on this one. White Sabers SoCal Dream Corps I know are competing in shows, but am not sure if they are making the trip to Rochester. A little help on this one as well. Jackson Generals River City Regiment If all of these corps were to pan out, that would make for a 30 corps prelims show. This is of course, assuming I have not left anyone off the list (which I've been known to do). Any help on the few question marks would be appreciated. Is everyone else looking forward to this season as much as I am?
Gary Matczak
30 field corps, 12 alumni corps, and dozen or so mini corps, add a few brass ensembles and other I&E, all packed into about 2 1/2 days in Rochester?.....................I like the sounds of that a lot! Reed
Jackson Generals have said in other threads they will be competing during the season, but not making the trip to Rochester for prelims. Also, you listed Sunrisers twice in the open class list.
84BDsop
SoCal Dream's definitely going (we'd better...Darkman already booked the flight!)...but I'm not sure of size...I think we'll be right on the cusp...dunno. Either way...we gonna ROCK!
