DCA Show August 1979 - People in the back at Hollander Stadium were wearing snowmobile mittens and had blankets across their legs. The mittens made a wierd sound when they clapped.

s/ Eye (and ear) witness. :blink:

Another good reason to have DCA in California. We have the appropriate weather for the appropriate season.

Summer = warm.... no rain, no invasion of locusts/beetles/big ugly bugs of other varieties

Fall = crisp cool weather

Winter = rain and snow

Spring = rain and sunshine

Sumbit a bid. <$1 to Jeff Ream>

The best place to be during an earthquake is on the field. You can watch the stadium slowly swing and crumble at the edges.

Whelp, considering the east coast is slammed several times every year with crazy rain, gail force winds, hurricains, and other biblical crazy weather every fricken year like clockwork, and we haven't had an earthquake that has caused any significant damage since 1989 in Nor Cal and 1994 in SoCal....I think you're pretty safe. :P
