Orpheus
I'm probably forgetting something obvious, but here goes: #1 is Garfield '87 others: Regiment '89, '91 SCV '91 Star '93 Blue Devils '94 Scouts '95 Edited September 1, 2006 by Orpheus
Feet
Why is it that the 90's has the majority of great endings? The 00's, with only a handful of exceptions, don't seem to wrench you out of your seat like the "old days"? Are we more refined now?
madcontra99
For me, I would have to say 1997 Madison, I know you people had goosebumps watching us if you were there! Sorry, being a little cocky. Same year, 1997 SCV the MOST underated ending of all time in my opinion. The crowd didn't seem to "get it" or it could have been that the corps that performed before SCV were still getting back from getting their hot dogs or waking up from their nap. shawn craig
kind of a weird one but i always get chills when i watch Boston 2002. When they make the american flag (i know it's cheezy, but it just send shivers up and down my spine )! I agree, it was a bit cheezy but I loved it! Some of the ones that come to mind for me are: Spirit 80 Bridgemen 80 Phantom 81, 91, 06 SCV 91, 99 Madison 75, 97 Cavaliers 00, 01,

Trumpet Pops
Without a doubt Phantom Regiment 2006....the very best of ALL time!!!
OrlandoContraAlum
For me, in no order: Garfield 87 - Got the pleasure of watching that ending grow throughout the season... the first time I saw the disappearing front, I lost it. Santa Clara 88 - From the diagonal front to the last strains at the end - incredible Madison 97 - I was in the stands. It was that nuts Santa Clara 82 - Didn't see it live, but even with the ensemble tear, the crowd response alone always does it for me Blue Devils 86 - Company front from end zone to end zone, a truly incredible wall of sound Blue Devils 83 - My personal favorite version of their tag ending Suncoast 84 - The medley of Satisfaction/America with the giant flag drill... goosebump city, evey time! Phantom 96 - From the disonant chord... <melt> Phantom 03 - The reprise gets me every time Madison 84 - The Cats ending was... That's a good enough list for now, I suppose! :)
geluf
Cadets 2000 and SCV 1989 The only tie I'll ever allow.
MikeD
Some oldies....since you younguns :) got the new stuff covered so well... 1971 Blue Rock's "Requiem for the Masses"...the center wheel to get them over the goal line still brings chills. 1971 Garfield "Profiles in Courage"/"Yankee Doodle" swing reprise...with a grand finale of "America, the Beautiful" stretched out along the finishing goal line. 1969 BS' "Free Again" Any year 2-7 did "Danny Boy"
