profhill
1994 Blue Devils. Solid in all areas, selling the program with precision, dynamics, sizzle and sex ! Everything was perfect from body, to equipment work, to staging. 2002 Blue Devils. Outstanding and competent in a wide range of style and emotion. Execution was the best that night...should have won easily. ~G~ I have to disagree about 1994. They were a little week that year. Were they effective? Certainly. Did they help the show? Yes. But, that guard was propbably the weakest BD guards of the 90s. I completely agree about 2002. I do not know the sheets, so I'm just guessing when I say that it was their design that held them back, because those were some great performers. Zeke
How anyone can leave 1988 Suncoast Sound's guard of the very top of their list is beyond me. UNDOUBTEDLY AWESOME GUARD was Suncoasts guard that year...I still feel that is THE show that was ahead of it's time...to come Full swing 15 yrs later with Stars Medea.
