drumcat Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 (edited) Watching the 360 broadcast reminded me today that Dennis DeLucia stated emphatically that all of the mechanical sounds were made by acoustic instruments... so would it have been better to have "real" electronics? Or would it make it not as cool? Splain. Possibility of confusion. Read the question; don't answer based on the title of the thread. Similarly, let's say SCV's Miss Saigon show wasn't performed until 2009, when electronics are allowed. To produce the helicopter sounds in the beginning, a pit member would simply hold down a button on a synthesizer. That, right there, is exactly why I do not support electronics.
