DoctorNik
Yeah,, the I&E was a blast, especially the finals at the end of the day, when a Jr C Corps quartet could beat a Jr A Corps quartet LOL... I still have my medals around somewhere. 1971 newspaper article, Markham Collegiates We had some good times at I&E in the early 70’s which were often held the same weekend as a winter guard competition. I miss I&E and winter guard ‘sigh’… but…now i can peek at some sites…gotta like some aspects of technology… I rarely post the same photo twice; decided to rescan 2 program photos yesterday (as follows). The programs are almost 40 years old and the original pictures are 2” x 4 ½”

DRB
Does that guy have his hearing today? Yes he does. Jay Grim was my best man when I got married. He still lives (and so do I) in Springfield IL. I aged out in the Guardsmen and Jay went on to march in the Knights. The best guy ever in drum corps that never got to march DCI finals.
