So a lot of people on here know about the popular recent shows (Phantom 08, Cavies 10, Crown 11, etc). But what about the shows that are less known? I was wondering if we could create a discussion about shows that people may like because they liked something so that the low exposure shows can get out there can get some love. So give us a popular show and a less popular one and say why someone would like that? So for example, if you liked The Cavaliers 2010 (Mad World), I would recommend The Cavaliers 2000 (Niagara Falls). I think someone would like the latter because it has the same power as 2010 and also has that jazzy element that was present in the 2010 middle section. And the same Cavies drill.
So what other recommendations are out there?

Taking the easy way out on the comparison, but still worth mentioning, methinks.
If you like Crown at all these days, go check out 1996. Love the brass arrangements (of wonderful composers Elgar and Walton). Brass performance and guard leave a bit to be desired, but they were only in their second year in the top 12. Love the show and would love to see Crown try to reimagine this show somehow with the design team and talent they have today.

If you liked 2010 Academy then DEFINITELY check out 98 Glassmen. Almost the same source music, both have great drumlines, loud brass, and are just in your face.
