If you as a marching member of a corps and were allowed to speak at the Bi-Annual Rules Congress for DCA what rule changes would you suggest???

allow / legalize amplification for the pit (and ONLYYYYYY the pit!!!!!!!!!!)

1. Allow any form of mammal on the field. Horses, cows, sheep, etc.

2. One-up DCI by not only allowing water effects, but also allowing small submarines to take the field. Just think of the affect when a few torpedos go off right at the end of the closer.

3. Open the corps size up to any number that will physically fit on the field. Can you imagine the sound??? And we all know that the educational aspects will get better with more members......

4. Allow for amplification of the rifles. Nothing like a good, loud clicking noise to add to your music effect score.

5. Find a stadium that charges alot more for parking, food, etc. than Rocha. That will keep the riff-raff out of finals.

6. Limit the voting on the new rules to only those corps that have attended and made finals every year since the birth of DCA. That will keep the voting among those who reallllly know what is needed.
