BRASSO Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 (edited) Congratulations are in order tonite for the Boston Crusaders passing a milestone in their DCI competing history. This is the first time they have topped The Cavaliers in DCI competition. This is 39 years worth of DCI Competition. For historical context, the Boston Crusaders were an iconic high placing Corps in the mid 60's before the birth of DCI and won a couple of National Titles then and did top the Cavaliers a few times in the 60's when the Cavaliers were likewise a top Corps in that era. I'm not one to be a party pooper, though. 34 years is still a long time, so I don't think this is any less of a milestone. Boston has a great corps and a great show this season.
