You know Im also curious about this because I heard it was Crown who was nagging BAC. Please explain to me how this happened if Crown can talk in uniform and BAC can't. I think we should stop this post...it has just turned into a big "he said she said" thread for people who weren't there. Whatever happened this summer happened. Period.

Its just that if the scores are that close...its very easy to move a tenth of a point here and there because "hey its their home field." Im not saying its the only reason and Im not putting down BD or SCV for their performance. They were both great. It's just funny how things worked out.

Did anybody like Boston's hornline? Their brass was much improved over the 2006 edition. Honorable mention to them. :-)

I really think it was due to the fact that BD was on home turf. If you noticed BD won and Vanguard moved up....a lot! Coincidence? I think not! Yes they did have to perform extremely well and BD did that, but in MY opinion I think Cadets had the better performance/show. (Go ahead and yell at me if you must)

This is just silly. Narration didnt cost the Cadets a championships.

Even if this is somehow true it is only one caption. I do not think the captions transfer from div2 to div3.

I think it should at least be extended to 22. To me when you get to 20/21 you are just starting to master your instrument and marching. Follow in WGI's footsteps.

I heard Florida made some sort of law that made it impossible for drum corps to do shows in the state. Thus the lack of shows the past two years.

Yeah United Percussion was incredible! I love their show this year. I know they have a lot of Jersey Surf members not to mention Carolina Crown, Crossmen, and Boston Crusaders. Great show guys!

BD 2004 SCV was loud that year, but nowhere close to BD and Cavies (the dvd's dont show that) 2005 Cadets and 2005 Phantom. 2006 Phantom by far. I would also consider Crown 2006.

Dude not cool. I love how last years show suddenly makes Boston a stereotype to boring. Wait til the summer until you make your judgments. Anyways I am really excited about this show. From drill forms to music, if done right, this Picasso theme could be a real good choice. Just imagine the possibilities and open your mind. This should be an exciting show!

If there is anything I love more than a great trumpet section its a great and large tuba line. 10-12 is good enough. I remember Phantom used 15 or so in 2005 which worked. Just depends on the show you are doing. :-D
